POSITION SUMMARY:
The Computational Biologist must be a highly motivated and goal-oriented Computational Biologist with a strong background in Bioinformatic analysis. The Computational Biologist will have a thorough understanding of standard genomic datasets (mutation, CNV, gene expression, etc.) and the ability to build efficient pipelines to perform analysis on and extract gene/disease specific information from such data. Additional duties will include the analysis and interpretation of other types of high-throughput molecular data. This opportunity offers a chance to work with a diverse range of biological data with a focus on real-world impact as part of a multidisciplinary team.
